About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at UM Rehab & Ortho, you will provide independent care to a unit-specific patient population, serve as a clinical resource for others, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care. You will also assist in team development, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support charge nurse decisions.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
- One year nursing experience with solid knowledge and clinical skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Up-to-date status on all mandatory training and classes.
Preferred:
- Maintenance of 10 contact hours of education every two years.
- Member of a professional organization.
- Recent applicable clinical experience in a comparable setting.
