About the Role

As a Unit Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub for communication and workflow management in a 24-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit. Your responsibilities will include coordinating admissions, managing patient flow, providing customer service to patients and families, and maintaining unit operations. You will also utilize information systems to support unit operations and ensure equipment is adequately maintained.

About You

Required:

High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
0-1 years related work experience required.
Prior customer service experience.
Basic familiarity with computers and ability to navigate web-based applications.

Preferred:

Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
