About the Role
As a Teller (Member Services Representative I), you will greet and welcome members, process teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and respond to member inquiries. You will also educate members on Credit Union products and services, assist with electronic banking, and ensure compliance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Cash handling and service-industry experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of financial services and products.
