About You
Required:
- 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to advise hiring managers on talent gaps.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience recruiting for sales roles or commercial functions.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
