About the Role
As a Staff Accountant II, you will be responsible for central accounting activities including general ledger management, customer invoicing, and account reconciliations. You will also supervise and train Staff Accountant I's, prepare complex invoices, assist in month-end accrual calculations, and ensure compliance with program contract terms. Your role will involve advanced financial analysis, bank reconciliations, and interaction with external auditors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting role.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Concur.
- Experience invoicing customers, especially in a time and expense system.
