About the Role
As a Senior Customer Experience Product Manager, you will analyze support trends, document best practices, lead process optimization initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams, and engage directly with top-tier Microsoft Security customers. Your responsibilities will include developing automated diagnostics and applying BI and AI technologies to improve service velocity.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering.
- 4+ years of Senior Technical Support or Senior Project Management experience, including customer-facing or customer technical support.
- 4+ years of experience in leveraging data analytic tools for customer and product research.
- 4+ years of problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience.
- 2+ years of customer facing experience.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Offices.
- 4+ years of experience working with engineering teams to drive product changes.
