About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate/Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them with product choices. Your duties will include selling flooring and floor care products, maintaining the showroom, building client relationships, and executing targeted sales strategies. You will also follow up with customers and provide design advice to help them make informed decisions.
About You
Required:
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Willing to undergo extensive product and sales training.
- Able to provide outstanding customer service and exceptional follow-up.
Preferred:
- A passion for or experience with decorating or design.
- Some college education is preferred but not necessary.
- Retail sales experience is strongly preferred.
