About the Role
As a RBT Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers. Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, accurately recording and monitoring client data, supporting families in implementing treatment plans, and maintaining clear communication with clients and supervisors.
About You
Required:
- RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Excellent project management skills.
