About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will lead and manage plant operations including production, inventory, quality control, and distribution. You will implement lean manufacturing practices, collaborate with various teams to meet production targets, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage and mentor staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in consumer goods or chemical production.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with NetSuite.
- Proficient in speaking Spanish.
