About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including cleaning, light carpentry, painting, light plumbing, and minor electrical repairs. You will also assist in setting up furniture for events, maintaining grounds, and managing inventory of parts and supplies. This position is part-time, requiring 16 hours per week during daytime hours.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of appropriate cleaning and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing.
- Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Moderate lifting, carrying, walking, and standing.
- Basic computer skills.
