Boost Mobile is seeking an IT Manager, Retail Wireless PMO to join their team in Littleton, CO. The role involves leading a team of Agile Technical Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects supporting the retail wireless business.
About the Role
As the IT Manager, PMO (IT-PMO Retail Wireless), you will be responsible for program governance and execution excellence for key IT projects. You will collaborate with Technical Product Management to translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, drive program governance, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment on delivery schedules. This position requires a focus on continuous improvement and Agile methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of Program Management experience, preferably in IT Wireless or Telecommunications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of program or project managers.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree and/or PMP certification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep expertise in program management principles and Agile methodologies.
