Summary
Resonant Clinical Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in a remote position with travel to Southeast US. The role involves managing business development activities for the entire portfolio, from lead generation to closing deals.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for generating sales leads, managing existing accounts, and pursuing new target customers. Your responsibilities will include tracking sales targets, engaging in customer contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored proposals. You will also be expected to maintain strong customer relationships and represent the company at trade shows.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience.
- 5+ years of business development experience with a customized solution-based selling approach.
- Proven track record of sales success in a consultative, strategic selling environment.
- Business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the CRO industry or with a scientific background.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of effective business development approaches in the Biopharma industry.
- Experience with salesforce.com and other technology platforms.
