About the Role
As an Assistant Director, Data Solutions - Engineering Workflows, you will independently prototype and develop complex data solutions, design proof-of-concept solutions, act as a technical leader and mentor, and collaborate with stakeholders to define impactful metrics. You will also assist in creating roadmaps for data solutions and ensure high-quality data deliverables.
About You
Required:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 5-7+ years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments.
- 5-7+ years experience as a developer with top quadrant Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience using SPACE and DORA frameworks to measure organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of complex multi-tier, multi-platform systems.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's in same or related disciplines strongly preferred.
- Experience with NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell), and the Hadoop stack.
